I peeked at the scale, and my weight is 231.8 this morning. I've lost over 30 pounds! Here are my updated measurements:
BUST was 37.5" IS 37.0"
WAIST was 44" IS 41.5"
HIPS was 53" IS 50"
Upper arm was 14" IS 13"
Calf was 16" IS 15"
Neck was 14.5" IS 14"
STARTING BMI was: 42.7 is 39.82
I am now obese - not morbidly obese - according to the BMI calculator. This is a big step. My next goal is to hit 175 pounds and simply be overweight. It's going to take a while, but I'll get there one pound at a time! I've made such progress over the last 3 months, and I'm really proud of myself.
What is an obstacle you often face when trying to lose weight? How can you get that mountain out of your way so that you can pave the road for your success? You CAN do this!!! :)
