Well, it's official! I've been on Weight Watchers for 6 weeks and kept losing a steady total of 2 pounds per week! If I can keep up this momentum, I'll be thrilled!
Last night at the meeting, we discussed emotional eating. Gosh, what a big topic in such a short time! Were it not for emotional eating and binging, I would not be here at this unhealthy weight today. Getting control of that is life-changing. I also hope it is permanent this time.
