Ok, so I was shooting for 15 lbs. in 7 weeks, but I got DARN close! I'm a little jazzed.

To celebrate, I'm going to allow myself to have my favorite vice - Chick-Fil-A. Going to count all points and STILL stay on program, but I haven't had any fast food in 7 weeks.

What is your favorite food reward? What do you use for a non-food reward?

Niki, you're doing so well.

I'm afraid to weigh myself. At best I'm probably back to square one but I'm back on track now. Last night was tofu spagetti sauce with whole wheat spagetti.

My favourite food reward is anything loaded with sugar, fat and/or salt.

My favourite non-food reward is anything knitting or spinning related.
