Don't know what happened to my mind last Sunday. I came into the house, after unlocking the door, left my purse in the car, and lost the car keys until Thursday.

The maid, Cheryl (our great personn who comes 4 days a week) and I looked everywhere for the keys and I resorted to useing the old ones, that wouldn't open the car from afar or put on the "emergency" button, should I need it.
Thursday, I decided to re-trace. I took the golf umbrella, that I keep by the back door, and turned it upside down. Then out fell the keys. I had shakened that umbrella a dozen times, but guess it was so cozy in there that it did not rattle.

My Lucy dog's leg is almost healed and she is back to her "ornery" self. She has taken over my lounge chair in the living room and resents anyone who sits in it. I guess I will have to move another into the room, so the 3 of us will have out own.

Am impationly waiting for the last thing to do my income tax. I get something from my paid up burial policy each year and another from the broker. They always have to get it all together themselves.

The good thing is that I won't owe any extra income tax. The bad thing is that my income came down. Oh, well, I won't starve yet.
