And I'm sure Camerida would offer the best of both worlds... free health care to all and a better variety of cereal.
Gosh, what a week! I hope next week is better for you! And I'm a bad daughter too... I *never* call home. Occasionally my mom or sister will give me a call, and if I feel like it, I'll answer. I guess because my mom always jabbers away on Messenger, that I figure if I answer the phone she's only going to repeat every boring detail she's already told me. Maybe some day I'll regret my indifference and wish I could hear her voice again... but for now, I'm just a bad daughter.
I hope they can figure out what's wrong with your poor little guy.
Slugs!? Gross! So glad to hear that you're moving!
So that nasty message was sent to you by his ex then?
It's Sunday now... are there any leftovers?
Beautifully written and very powerful imagery. Great stuff!
Great pics. Looks like a wonderful time!
Now if only the cult had a really catchy name...
I can't believe how insensitive those around you have been! What you've just been through is very traumatic... to lose a baby not once - but three times in one year!? That's tragic and heartbreaking. I'm so sorry and hope that eventually time will heal your grief.
Congrats on the raise!! And I totally agree... the minimum wage in no way measures up to the price of inflation! And then there's the other side of the coin... when minimum wage increased in Ontario, my sister told me how concerned her boss was because she was already barely making ends meet to keep the store opened, and now this would cost her even more. The government doesn't subsidize business people who have to pay these new wages. I think my sister's boss ended up having to reduce her number of staff or something to make it work. Either way, it really is a sad state of affairs any way you look at it.
Yikes... that will wake you up!
Wow... that is quite the resemblence! Very handsome!
Oh, how I love reading about all these characters in your life! Too funny!
Wonderfully written Janet. I've visted a few websites recently (which I'm sure all plagerize off of each other)that all say, "There are no wrong turns in Venice." I guess because everything is so interesting and beautiful. I hope you and Don find yourselves in Venice... every "wrong" turn leads somewhere, creating a memory or teaching you a lesson you'll always remember... and when you're walking along this path together, you have all the time in the world.
