Sounds like you've got a doozy of a virus, I hope it's a short term one, are you feeling much better? I sent you an email yesterday, but my computer is acting "silly billy" and putting previous emails in front of the one I'm sending. We do hope your soon feeling better, and DH too.
Such pretty, pastel colours fo the warmer days ahead. Was the commercial wool origanally white? Dyeing is fun, and full of surprises
I sent a comment re; your border Liecester fleece. I've never seen any before and it actually is blue. I guess mt comment didn't come thru', hit the wrong button I guess.
Cute model, pretty neck-warmer. Wish I could be as productive as you are. Ifeel so guilty having so little to donate to my Crafty Ladies group for their Craft Fairs. See you soon.
Your mult-color fish is Fin-tastic, but where are the chips?
If you need to see a specialist it takes months for an appointment, and by the time you see them the complaint has already cleared up, so if your not feeling well make an appointment with a specialist, and in not time at all you will feel great. It's getting that way with the GPs too.
Good to hear things are looking up for you, and that you are getting your energy back.
My next project is going to be a felted purse, they are so neat. Must also log on to the Dorset buttons. Yesterday at crochet group I started a baby jacket, maybe I'll even get to finish it, but it won't be needed till the next Craft Fair--lots of time.
They are not as persistent as they used to be, I just smiled and said Thank You, they smiled and left. I have got to admit I admire their dedication in face of so much hostility, tho' I am not a religious person.
I hope your soon feeling well, sounds like a very miserable flu bug, take it easy and drink lots of fluid so that your able to enjoy your Birthday dinner.
HI Iam still wearing the cosy variegated mauve socks you made for me. Was it a premonition that this was going to be a "Sock it to me day?"
I knew Kim would be thrilled with her dog-hair bag, I think it is really neat, and the button does resemble a husky, good work bag lady. I love the multi coloured one too, and I do have a Birthday in April, hint, hint, I still have some multi coloured yarn if you need some.
The weather doesn't encourage walking, had to walk to the bus stop today in the awful wind and rain, and then I missed the bus and had to walk home again.I had made Singing Hinnies to take to the crochet group as a treat, now I will have to eat them all by myself DARN IT.
Good to hear you and DH got home safely in spite of the intreped weather. I am sure you will look "Smashing" in your new out-fit when you go for your Chinese Birthday dinner.I wonderi if they still use that expression in England? or has it been replaced with "Brilliant"? Thanks to DH for changing the time on my out-of-reach wall clock, and for having so much patience while we chewed the fat.
Yes they are gorgeous colours, they would be hard to resist
