I'm a worrier too, but I've been working on it. When there is nothing we can do, worrying makes us feel we can still help by putting our worrying energy toward it. It's all to no avail, of course, but it doesn't stop us.

I'm surprised your preacher friend didn't call you to some service calling. Sounds like you may have some time to spare. As for me, progress on the house, keeping up with family needs. That about sums it up. Doesn't require a plan cuz it doesn't change much.

I think that's a great idea! I've spent many hours in them myself. Poor FIL waited 12 hour before he was seen! I doubt it caused his death, but I'm sure it didn't help.
