I like the multiple colors. You're not running for a patriotic position, representing America. As long as the colors are not overwhelming, which they are not here, they are fine. It looks good. People can see right away that it's for a school-related thing.
What grades will you be involved? The poster has things for elementary level, but no symbols of education for higher grades. The blocks tie into the ABC concept, of course.
