I love your new avatar. Sure glad Gustav has gone bye bye.
Glad you are well Sue,also everyone else I think. About midnight last night it started blowing (I am guessing about 30 to 40 MPH winds) and torential rains. It rained the biggest part of the next 12 to 14 hours. My pond overflowed and almost got to the house. Never seen it that high before. Thank God no one got hurt in this area that I know of. I didn't go into my frozen foods, just made sure that I had gas for the generator. Hope all the rain bands are gone. Like you, I am tired of hearing and seeing it on TV. Good night, Larry
Hi Sue. I am just keeping my fingers crossed nd praying. If it's God's will, everything will turn out allright. Talk to you later, Larry
I am with AT&T all the way. It cost me 76 dollars a month. That's all I can afford.
I just wanted to say hi to you Debbie. I lived in the Ann Arbor area for 35 years but was borned in the south. The one thing that I DON'T miss is the snow and ice. My summer place, close to Gaylord, was real nice in the summer. I went there in the winter and I had to hire a large frontend loader just to plow a payh to the door. Cost 75 dollars. Any way there is always something to gripe about, like hurricanes and HOT weather.
God always comes through for the faithful. I hope there are many more blessings waiting for you.
Good mystery story.
Thank you. I love it.
I heard that Bush and his wife was flying over the south when he said to hie wife, " Why don't don't we throw some dollar bills out and make some people happy". His wife said, "Why don't you throw yourself out and make everyone happy."
Hi Sue, I have 45's, 33 and 78s. I keep a player that will play all of them. I even have some old one sided records. They are sort of redish pink in color. I haven't been into them in a while.
It is a sad state of affairs when things change so drasticly for the worse, but the trend seems to be escalating. I am glad that I don't have too many years to put up with it.
Love your stories!
Lucy, I read all your post, but the tears from laughing keeps my eyes so blurred that I can't see the key pad, let alone the keys!
I agree with everyone's comments, Not much more to say but
