I have figured out that I have about 17 weeks left at the day job. That is exciting! It’s like 5 months, but I counted the actual weeks and it’s only 17!!! WAHOO! Although that feels like a lifetime away at the moment...

I saw another dog training opportunity in the area and it’s at a doggie day care near the condo. I keep thinking I could learn sooo much more in a facility that was totally geared towards dogs – training, boarding, doggie day care – exactly what we want to do, ya know?

I have decided that I am going to quit Petsmart and after the wedding I will temp until something comes up in the training world that floats my boat. I can also volunteer at a local shelter as a trainer to help dogs become more adoptable in the meantime, ya know? That way I won’t get outta the training mode either and be helping puppies! :0)

There are so many different training opportunities in the area though; I really think I would be able to learn soooo many more dog related things if I quit the retail job I have now... It would only offer room to grow my expertise in different areas...
