Pondering my days away!

So I am all excited about Mondays off soon. R and I have already planned a Sunday-Monday over night trip to a nearby town to play some slots in a couple weeks. Exciting times! We’ll stay over night and gamble some money and drink a few cocktails... fun fun fun! I am excited. There are several other over night trips we want to take as well. It’s possible now!!! YAY!

The more I think about moving away the more excited I get, really and truly. But then I get a little nervous. And I think about what I will miss... the weather, for one! I will miss having vegetarian restaurants and a whole foods right here, but I suppose maybe farmers markets will be more available and I will have more time to cook fresh meals?

I will miss my SB and many others, but I will have cousins and other friends out there, not to mention the friends I will hopefully make. I think being close to family will be nice. We’ll be close enough to make events that we want, and far enough to say we can’t make it to events we don’t want to go to. Perfecto!

I dunno. I keep thinking about how people are like – enjoy the moments you have now – and I should, but I can’t help but dream of a time I am my own boss and have a yard to play with the dogs in and I’m doing something I love for work, ya know?
