Vegas was a freakin blast, per usual... My mom is so much fun! I kept taking random pics of her dropping her drink... it seemed to be a frequent event... cracked me up! Here's one for ya:



I went to a conference given by Ian Dunbar over the weekend. It was amazing. The man is just a brilliant dog trainer... he's held in high regard and I loved hearing him talk. He seemed miraculous, really... his dogs are SO WELL TRAINED! Dare to dream...

That leads me to building my confidence. I have a hands on workshop coming up next week where I will be working with a shelter dog. We have to work with these dogs and train them certain tricks no matter what their background. I am a bit nervous. They told me before hand what one of the tricks I have to teach and I panicked. The strange thing is that I have taught the trick they want me to teach before, so when I looked it up on a video online I was like yeah, that's what I would have done... SOOOOOoooo that leads me to believe that I need to believe that I have the answer inside of me. I have to stop and think it through instead of thinking holy crap what am I gonna do?!?!?!

I truly want to succeed as a dog trainer. I sat next to the lady that gives the free workshops I go to so we talked a lot. I am going to be volunteering for her and a bunch of other trainers so I will be learning a lot of new things. Exciting times! My first class to assist in will be the Reactive Dog class. Ah, my Kraymer! haha

Just wanted to check in. My schedule is so ridiculously busy lately I can't even believe it. We moved into the new place mid April and I think I have spent about 7 days here total... Crazy!
