So I found out today that yet another friend of mine plans to propose to a lady he has known since September of 2008. He bought a ring for her and plans to propose in the fall. Wow.

I picked up he's just not that into you again and read the chapter about not proposing... he's just not that into you if he's not proposing! Very true, very true.

That said, I am happy for my friend. He knows he wants to spend the rest of his life with her so he is all about showing how serious he is about her. Must be nice! Oh well. I am done thinking about R and I and this matter. I am going about my plans to change my last name when I want to and that is that. Nuff said!

I failed the customer service test again last night. WAHOO! I really had to chuckle... I mean seriously, I have a Bachelors of Science degree and I can't pass a retail customer service test??? It's specific to the store of course with lots of details, but still. The overall thought of it is just like - seriously??? I asked the manager on duty last night if I failed for the third (and final) time if they will call me up and tell me I am fired. He laughed and said that they wouldn't let that happen. I have no idea what that means but it sounds like they really want their people to succeed... whatever!

Tonight I get to go home after work. It's going to be wonderful. R will be gone doing his taxes so I will walk the boys, make myself a nice healthy dinner and veg on the couch watching the shows I want to watch while sipping on a glass of wine. Sounds perfect to me!
