The Governess of Alaska.
I put my patio table out there and hoisted the giant green umbrella . So it lightninged, thundered and finally poured buckets of rain after a six and a half week drought. I ran out and pulled the thing out of the umbrella shaft to let down the umbrella canopy because the wind was gale force in the humungous storm. It was about 2:30 a.m. and I was in my sweat pants and a T-shirt and I got soaked.
I was afraid the wind would launch the umbrella toward Pittsburgh. So, that was the key! I had washed my car many times, thinking that act would bring rain. No dice.
If you want rain, set up your clean and dry patio and it will come!

Last night whilst blogging and emailing my AT&T DSL went kerplooie. I messed with it to no avail, so I shut down and went to bed. This morning it was fine. AT&T picks times when I am blogging to reset their system. They KNOW when I am online! They are watching me!

Bunjii is fine, so far the urinary thing is gone. I am monitoring his tumor area. Clean so far! He still fears Doobie and no matter what I do or scream, Doobie the runt still picks on him. Doobie has no 'gibrones' or oysters anymore, and he should be less aggressive. Right? Bunjii needs courage. I need a referee.

Today, regardless of my pitiful finances, is hamburger day for my Mother and me. I couldn't take her to brunch on Sunday so I take her Wednesdays to Big Boy when that happens. She hates the chow at her senior care center, so the burgers are a big hit.
