This morning I feel 'out-of-sorts.' (Rushes into bathroom to put-on his 'sorts.')

The reason so many people rushed over to Wal-Mart to purchase firearms? It is because there are so many paranoid people among us. Instead of the gun counter they should be rushing to see Doctor Phil.

The rain cometh. Overnight it melted the remaining three inches of snow in my front yard. This weekend promises a 60+ day!

My Cleveland Browns hired Rob Chudzinski as head coach. Chud worked for the Browns as an assistant and for two other teams, including as quarterback coach to Cam Newton at Carolina. He has always been a browns fan, grew up around here!

All the young male cats have now been neutered. So has my checking account balance.

Yesterday or the day before was my first wife's birthday so I sent her an email wishing her a happy "39th." I always did that. I got no response and won't, even though we do speak to each other occasionally without profanity. At our age, birthdays are not cause for celebration or small talk.

I get most of my news these days from Jon Stewart on the Comedy Channel. It gives the news a much softer landing.
