I did this for our Tiffin Art Guild annual picnic and outdoor experience over at Judy's Gingerbread Place last night. Great turnout. Fab food. It was a red raspberry pie. My crust, etc. Cold pie, and I put real whipped cream on top before serving.

That's lovely. Good pie is good as long as it lasts, but I really like pie fresh-baked that day and the crust is still crisp.
