A start would be to impose a lifetime ban on a convicted drunk driver who caused an accident. Now I see drivers with multiple drunk driving convictions paying up and getting their licenses back after a period of time. And that's just wrong, too. How about liability to tavern owners and bartenders?
Has you Quacker ever shown up?
I found out more, but all I can say is the incident occurred over 26 or 27 years ago and involved a 7-year-old child. All the neighbors know, of course. I should add that Ohio law broadly paints the term 'sexual offender.' Public urination, for instance, gets you on the permanent (lifetime) list. My cats are unafraid. I am mature enough to not move out of the neighborhood because of this, and I will bet they will move in the dark of night within 3 months, just like the last few tenants have done.
This is a constant here. The bathroom is off-limits but has floor tile. The kitchen is tiled, too, but they always do it on carpet. I use RESOLVE and an Arm & Hammer spray. Once a year I have the carpet people bring their noisy and damp machines and then it looks like new again. Thank g-d I don't have cows or horses.
Love it! The engine...
Whew! You have so much on your plate.
Beautiful!
And the elk and deer love to chew the bark.
First year without my Mom, and her birthday is on the 14th, too. But we will celebrate it for Sessie the Siamese who bore the four kitties last June. She gets a tuna cake.
Because you don't have opposable thumbs, Hobbie.
How about "catonym?" I have ten examples living here.
The Baker Act in CA is called a 5150. I had one in 1998 after I checked into a Long Beach hospital when I nearly blew my brains out. (My pistol jammed, the last gun I'll ever own - gave it to the police to destroy). It was one of the best things that ever happened to me. Believe it. My true priorities lined up very quickly.
