We've been busy this week, and every time I start out to blog, something comes up. We've had a string so sunny days... well, not actually a string, but this is the third, and although it's been cool, it's been nice.
We finally got the grill put together, and today I'll actually get to use it. All was going fine with the assembly....

Then I noticed when it was time to install the firebox that the brackets were too far apart. Oops, the legs were transposed... They really should specify in the instructions that leg placement makes a difference. Anyway, I took it apart and started over and the phone rang and my helper had to go out and I finally got the damn thing together at 7 o'clock. So much for the 45 minute estimate.... more like 6 hours.
FedEx brought the new bed frame at dinner-time on Thursday, and we got the room dusted and the bed put back together before I fell asleep on the couch in front of the TV. The truck is finally reasonably clean--hopefully salt season is over, and as soon as the temp warms up a few more degrees, I'll be able to dig enough soil and compost to repot all the house plants. They need it desperately!
So, spring has arrived, and even tho my knees are killing me, I'm energized, and ready to go! Tomorrow I'll move the coach to a dryer location and get the batteries on her. RVs are a sure sign of spring in this area. So, have a happy Easter, and happy Spring!
