Healthcare in America is so broken with plenty of blame to spread to EVERY step of the process, from providers to insurers to consumers to the government. I include consumers because I personally know many people who abuse the emergency room benefit on their taxpayer-funded healthcare and other services simply because for them it's "FREE".
Hear! Hear! We're preparing them for a life of selfishness, instant gratification and entitlement. Glad to hear I'm not alone in my position on this.

I fear for the folks who unknowingly fall into these scammers' traps. It can be costly to repair their damage or recover from their fraud.
