It took some effort. In fact, it took a visit to the doctor and a couple of cholesterol tests to motivate me, but it worked. Regular exercise (someone said that people with Type "O" blood need strenuous, physical work-outs), reduction in food portions and oatmeal every morning for breakfast all add up to WEIGHT LOSS! Who knew? I absolutely refuse to NOT EAT certain things I like. However, I am willing to not eat them in excess. That was the secret. Little by little (and I DO mean little), the pounds started to melt away. In fact, some of my old clothes make me look ridiculous. I guess I'll have to give them away.
Carry on, chubby reader!! If the old taco lover, late night diner and bread-baking freak can shave off a few inches, I KNOW you can, too! Just don't try to do it all at once. Make a few changes and stick with them.
