Another important approach to all communication comes from psychology and conflict resolution: Only use "I" language and not "you" language, as in "I think or believe this or that because of these reasons or facts," not "You are an idiot for not agreeing with me."

I enjoyed reading the article. It should be sent to all public figures during these trying times. However, the article contains strategies for any form of conflict resolution.
