Baby Bird Birth Order

Here's a couple of pics of the newly hatched cockatiels arranged by birth order, as best I can determine it. They still haven't opened their eyes and mom and dad are busy all day feeding them. It's a messy job, but somebirdy's gotta do it. OK, enough corn for now. See ya'll around!

The littlest tyke is almost obscured by his big brothers in the last photo. Compare the first one with the last one and you can see how fast they grow in just six days.

Does the little one have to fight the others for it's share. It looks so tiny...

I didn't know birds were born with closed eyes. Can't wait to see them after they get feathers.

Isn't birth an awesome thing? God really is creative with all the animals he created. Now you get the pleasure of watching them grow...cool!

Awww. So tiny and fragile.
Just look at those little bald heads and bare feet. They need some itty bitty hats and booties to match the little yellow sweaters they're wearing. Looks like you used eyelash yarn for the sweaters.
