No pics today, thus the title. I meant to take some, but it's been a busy weekend.
The gate is up, but the neighbor kids are not be duanted. While we were gone to church yesterday, they pulled a chair over from their house and climbed up on the latch of the gate. I'm furious about it. I just installed the gate and they're already climbing it.
The pool is up and running. I know nothing about pH balance and all the other stuff that goes along with pool maintenance. I'm learning. The pump is running and that is progress.
We had a lot of fun with my brother and his family from Ft. Worth this weekend. Their three boys are rowdy and prococious.
I'm getting a little distracted, so I'll sign off. Hope youre weekend was safe and happy.

Jeremy, get a large dog and put up a beware of dog sign. Also have the police talk to the children's parents. I hope you can cash out soon and
rent the house and move. You would be surprised at the difference a move
across tenth street can make. The Midwest City police are wonderful. Put
up two inside locks on the gate. One at the bottom and one at the top.

I've noticed your side of 10th is so much prettier and seemingly more peaceful. I have wonderful neighbors on both sides of me, but the rest of them scare me, literally. I notified the kids that if I ever catch them in our yard uninvited, I'll call the police. So far, that seems to be helping.

It the pool tall enough that you can take away the ladder? No, I suppose not - the little darlings will just figure out a way to get that chair over the fence and drag it over to the pool edge. Rats!

Oh they are determined. I'm posting about it in a few minutes.

Silly question but did you talk to their parents? Last resort can you use a 'shock' gate like is used to keep dogs within an area? Probably not because these days they would probably sue you for altering their kid's minds--well at least I was trying.

I didn't speak to them because I really don't have anything to say, yet....
I like the shock gate idea, but I'm afraid that soon I would become the one being visited in county jail instead of the one who does the visiting.
