I have been bitten by a bug! I tried knitting when I was younger but never "got it". Might have had something to do with being taught by my left handed mother when I am right handed. It just always seemed akward a d confusing. As a result I never pursue it any further, until now. Ok so I am not knitting, two needles are a tad too complicated for my liking that is why I am giving crochet a go. I am really enjoying it and it is stopping me reaching for chocolate at night time! Do that in itself is a good thing. I haven't made a lot yet, just some practice squares and a scarf for my daughter, although my son has claimed it as his own! I was gonna make something for them all but I get the feeling they would still fight over my original creation.
I seem to find the one needle thing easier to deal with but maybe, one day I will try my hand at knitting again. But until then any crochet tips and advice will be greatfully received. X
