Four years !!! Has it really been that long?

I don't know where to start.... Things have changed a lot since I last updated my blog. My eldest is now in high school, my middle child has just started primary 7 and my baby just isn't a baby anymore and is a only three years away from high school as well.

We now have a dog in the mix as well, Having said for years there was no way we'd get a dog I finally backed down. Let's be honest the smell of dog poop really gives me the boak. But then so does baby nappies that don't belong to your own child!! We've landed a wee cracker though. 🐶

In other news... Having submitted several applications and endured a couple of interviews I landed a great job a few months ago. It is great to be earning my own money again and just having that wee cushion for when the kids need another pair of shoes etc. It's a steep learning curve though... Trying to get back into a work environment after 11 years away from the grindstone has been I easy task but we're getting there and will soon see the benefits.
