Having braved the wrath of my darling husband who had been struck down by the worst case of "manFlu" this side of the millennium. Things are on the up.

Although I am sure there are many of you out there with OH's who claim to have had it worse! LOL *glare* Take a freaking paracetamol and grow a penis for fcuk sake! Maybe that should be grow breasts (although in DH's case he is working on a lovely pair of "moobs" as we speak) and work on through your illness. If I get ill what happens? Sweet FA! I still have to deal with the kids, house, cooking, remember to take regular meds to keep the symptoms in check before the shivers etc take hold and try and recover. No laying in bed for two days solid watching Heroes and other entire tv series in one sitting. When do I get to catch up on the TV I enjoy? Answer - I don't! I snatch bits on the online tv services when I am prepping tea, folding clothes etc. I only manage to blog in the brief time I get to sit and have a coffee. I try to catch up on your blogs - not always easy but now that the blogs can "talk" means that I don't have to read I can actually do more than one thing at a time(what women CAN do and men can only dream about).

So far no one else has come down with, what can only be described as, a mild cold. Although now that I have said that I will have invited the bad fairy to strike us all down with her "serves ya right for saying that" curse. I have a sniffle and a sore throat, but I have had that on and off for a couple of weeks, never comes to anything.

Well that is all I have time for at the moment. I am taking bad not having the routine of nursery for the next two weeks. Long lazy morning, kids still in PJ's at lunch time and my mother dropping in even more than ever! That is another story and probably one for the other blog site - negative thoughts are for over there!! LOL No-one reads it so no-one will be bummed out! Did I say that out load?
