Just Some Thoughts

I feel ( again) a bit ashamed I haven't been posting much lately. I will explain all and just hope I will be able to be more accurate and blog a it more (at least once a week).
A lot of things makes it difficult to find time to post here. As you might know there is a new employee in the exam-office, cause my former colleague is replaced after not functioning very well last year. Problem is she needs to be trained a lot cause she has no experience in this work at all. She learns fast, thank God. Next week we will have our first exams of this semester and a lot of things were necessary to be done. Because all things were new for her I actually had a lot more work then usual.
Because I was used to post during lunchbreaks I now had to work so ......

In my personal life not much has changed so no surprises from that side. At home we had problems with the bathroom on the first floor. There was a leakage which made the ceiling in the hall covered with wet spots. Difficult to find out what was wrong. So we called the man who installed the bathroom 5 years ago. He thought it was easy to fix.....well 3 weeks ago another leakage.....:(
We finally called another plumber/installer and he found out a liitle wall was installed completely wrong. There was water dripping through the tiles for 5 years now.... all need to be renewed so that meant 3 days of plumbers in the house and not able to shower.
I hope all is ok now.....curious about the bill btw.

Last week we had a break at school for a week so it was nice scheduling with the plumber and no difficulties finding times on which we were at home. Because we both work at schools we cant take days off.
We lucky were able to plan one day for ourselves and we decided to visit The Hague, a town about 45 minutes driving. We planned a museum and I must admit it was a great exhibition of paintings from Cézanne, Picasso and Mondriaan together. (for who is interested: https://www.gemeentemuseum.nl/index.php?id=35998&langId=en ). After the museum we did some nice shopping and we ended the day with a great dinner on our way home.
Also my inner feelings didnt changed much. I feels good having some real good e-friends to talk to (and that is needed sometimes) although I miss certain talks with friends from yahoo who probably are busy themselves as well cause I dont see them often online.
It feels nice reading a lot of posts here and noticed with some of my friends here a lot has happened. I want to congratulate Dale and David again with their new home btw.
Keep (or try to keep) you updated soon again.
