When I came home last Wednesday after work I noticed the plasterer did some nice preparations. He egalized the ceiling and walls and primed the new walls. Lots of humidity in the house now and with just one heater rather cold now and then. The kitchen still is totally wrapped with plastic so we cant do anything at all. I thought the plasterer would come back on Thursday but he didnt. I called Bob the builder and I know now the plasterer will come back next Monday for the ceiling and Tuesday and Wednesday for the walls. The end is coming closer and closer. Today the new cement floor will be made, we arent allowed to walk on it for the whole weekend.
Next week new glass will arrive, the electrician will finish his job and the radiators (heating) will be placed. Then the job is done...... finally.
Because the walls and floor needs drying for 4 weeks we arent able to lay a new wooden floor right now and we will have to live on cement for some weeks. Furniture will stay stored and camping life will go on for several weeks. Well we are rather used to it now. Looking forward for my 1 week of sun on Tenerife.

Wednesday a strange thing happened btw. I have send e-x-mas-cards to the ones I have in my emailcontacts. For some weird reason some of my friends received the card 3 or even till 7 times and others didnt receive anything at all. I dont know what is happening with Hallmark. I never wanted to "spam" you so sorry guys...
