Thanks for the warning! But I truly LOVE ABBA music!
SOOOOoooooOOOO, you're one of THOSE, huh???!!!!
Wonderful stuff! Thanks!!!!!!
You're right. Sounds like the fun is JUST BEGINNING for your ex! (Don't you just LOVE ex's? Being as objective as I can possibly be, mine is just a downright #####. I refer to her as "my bad wife." Live and learn, huh?
Rather than messing around with the Stanley Steemer on the carpets, how about a couple of stiff Captain and Cokes to help to induce a restful stupor? Works for me. Doesn't hurt your arm so much either...unless you fall off the bar stool!
No, it should be scary. You are embarking on an major undertaking into the great unknown, and any reasonable human being would be a little scared. The alternative is complacency and spending the rest of your life wondering "what might have happened." You are doing the right thing. As frightening as it is right now, it should also be exciting and freeing! Look at it this way; what is the absolute worst that could happen? You could fail. That's it. So what? You can find another job at some point if you have to. You're young. This is the time to do these things? And what is the best that can happen? You know the answer to that. So, is it worth the gamble? You know the answer to that too! Go for it!!!!!
This is amazing. The narrow-mindedness of the far right is astounding. 1st, Al-Qa-ida never had a presence in Iraq until we invaded that sovereign nation with an unprovoked attack. 2nd. No, I repeat NO WMD's were ever found anywhere in Iraq, and, according to George and Dick, the US was in emminent danger of attack at ANY MOMENT. 3rd. What is wrong with trying to talk first before shooting? So often I've heard that we have to approach the negotiating table from a position of strength. Well, I don't think that Bush and his merry men have shown strength to the rest of the world! Hell, we declare war against a tiny nation that has no organized military, and, after six years of our best efforts, we haven't defeated them! That's our show of strength? I think I missing something. I vote for negotiations and treating everybody as our equals.
Excellent post, James!
Do you know something, Jason? I don't even think that these two fellows really even thought that Iraq was a treat. I think there are really only reasons why Bush launched an unprovoked attack against Iraq: 1. to line his own pockets with oil money, and 2. Because Saddam had threatened to take his Daddy.
Funny, but after eight years of the talking chimp in the Oval Office, I don't think I can vote for John McSame.
So, somebody told you about my security system, huh?
Good luck with your weight loss! You can do it! (Hell, if I can do it, anybody can!) Just keep your mind on your goal, and you 'll get there! I LOVE raspberries!!!! This time of year in New England is sooooo wonderful! FRESH veggies and fruits!!!!!
First of all, does it surprize anybody that Karl Rove didn't have the guts to appear before Congress? Secondly, I disagree with Tom Degan; George Bush isn't a thug. "half-witted", "murderous", and "little" I'll agree with. But the term "thug" in my mind, is reserved for such real people as Al Capone and fictional characters portrayed by Jimmy Cagney. "W" doesn't rank that high, morally and intellectually, in my estimation.
WOW! They certainly have a deep interest in what we say and do, don't they?
The man WATCHED you inspect corn in the past, and then went and inspected the end that is attached to the STALK? You're right, Kris; there's no saving him on this one!!(By the way, he DOES eat the kernels, right? Not the husks and the silk?)
