Hey Kid!!!!! Glad you made it over here!!!! I'm adding you to my friends list right now, and I'll put up a post next week directing others to this site! I'm SO GLAD you';re here, Anna!!!!!
I had a hard time following some of the dialogue here, but the gist of it, I believe, is that your mom is meddling and making you upset. I'm sorry that she makes you cry. You have your life to lead, and she has her's. Do what you feel is right in your heart, kid. Your heart will NEVER let you down! ANNNDDDD, I have NO DOUBT that you would be a WONDERFUL catch for anybody!
Another thing, if Ben and Jerry's ever decides to go into production with this idea, I'll bet the line of men signing up to do the milking will be out the door, down the street, and around the corner! Hell, I'd sign up and do it for nothing!
Being an ex-dairy farmer myself, let me help you out here. Cows were used for their milk originally because they could be fed cheaply...letting them graze, and, as long as you keep milking them, they'll keep producing...way after the calf has matured and is no longer nursing. SO why not use that milk? Same thing with goats. I LOVE raw goat's milk, and milked them for years. AND, it is naturally homogenized. All you have to do with it is strain it and freeze for twenty-four hours. And, like cows, they'll keep producing long after the kid is grown and grazing on it's own. Again, if the milk is there, and the baby isn't nursing any more, why not use it?
Sunny, you break my heart!!! How can such a wonderful, sensitive, intuitive, loving and BEAUTIFUL be so full of false images of herself! You are a truly beautiful creature on the inside AND the outside! The limits that are on our lives, (the "circles" as you call them) are all self-imposed. I too am a shy person. And I FORCE myself to go out and be with people. (Did you know that MOST actors that I know...people who make their livings OUT IN PUBLIC...are shy, unassuming folks? It's true! The only time I feel I can truly be myself is in a blog post where nobody knows me or on the stage where I can pretend that the feelings I'm emoting are merely those of the character I'm portraying. Also like you, I want to know when somebody doesn't like me, but I'm crushed when I find it out. And ALSO like you, my best friends in life happen to be members of the opposite sex. And it's nothing sexual. It's just that, for some reason or another, I seem to relate more to women. Maybe it's because women tend to be more open with their true feelings. Sunny, I have known you for a long time, and trust me when I tell you that I more than like you. You are a truly special and wonderful person who is VERY important to me! Again, you break my heart.
You sell the apples, and I'll stand next to you with the tin cup full of pencils! (Pass the bottle in the bag, will you?)
Jon! Jon! Relax, my friend! Take deep breaths through your nose. It will be okay. Although there is much cause for concern in the short run, panic is never a good thing. And, just as there is not one individual or party to blame for this debacle, there is not just one cure to the situation. (And trust me, I would LOVE to blame this whole mess on Bush and his cronies. However, even though his inept leadership may have been a contributing factor, he shares the blame with a number of people and organizations on both sides of the political and business spectrum. This will even out, and, since most of it stems from a lack of confidence with the present system, these systems must be changed as must the leaders who allowed things to get this bad. Once confidence is restored, taxes will not increase. (The $700,000,000,000 is funny money.)Credit may be tight for a while, but that too will not last. The key to this whole problem that everybody must work together on it. Finger-pointing and assigning blame can come later.
So Happy It's Thursday! (S. H. I. T.!)
A well-put argument. However, must everything be so dyed-in-the-wool divided and contrary? I have always had a problem with folks on both sides of the political spectrum who see things in stark black and white images. In the world that I live in, there are lots of grays. I agree with you one hundred percent when you state your opposition to huge, give-away programs that lower standard, drain the national coffers, and take-away the dignity and incentive of the very ones they are supposed to be helping. However, I also know many hard-working, good souls who could sure use a hand.
Just like the blacks at one time and gays of today, why was it so important to keep women down? What were the people in power afraid of?
Darling, you can do better than Sean!
The first photo is breath-taking! Where???
Can't wait to here your wilderness tales upon your return!
Amazing, huh?
