In the beginning, God created the earth and rested.
Then God created Man and rested. Then God created Woman.
Since then, neither God nor Man has rested.

 Man this is one scary Sunday here in the mid-South.

One this one day-this Sunday there is fear and disbelief.

There is no NASCAR on TV. And to make it worse our beloved Titans have a bye week.

What is a man to do?

BBQ grills are unlit. Chips and salsa left untouched.

Men are being forced to admit they have families. Harold asked if all those kids were his. Irene told him “yep”and asked if he didn’t remember the rain delay at Daytona 15 years ago.

 One poor soul told me (as he was being kidnapped) that after church (a place I know he hasn’t seen in awhile) he had to take everyone to Shoney’s for the breakfast Bar. And even worse after they get back him and the grandkids get to watch “The Littlest Mermaid”. I have seen happier men being hung.

I think I will go outside and sit on the steps with a cold one and watch. It’s kind of like a live version of zombies searching for the Lost Grail.
