Being a dancer you must know that muscle weighs more than fat so don't worry about the extra weight as long as it is not "overboard". Because I have scoliosis I get a massage every other Friday and it really helps keep my muscles (what few I have) stretched out and not kinked. I recommend a massage for anyone with back problems.

Awesome Randy! My boss is a triathlete and he has struggled this year with the heat. He turned 62 in on August 4th and this is the first year it has bothered him. He is so frustrated because his run times are so dismal. I don't think it's the heat as much as the humidity, it has been smothering here this summer. He is really good....he did Ironman in 1987.

If he likes cats, he can't be all bad. My oldest son met his fiance on eHarmony. They are getting married on 9/11. I have not officially met her but we talk on the phone and Facebook. They seem very compatible and get along much better than previous spouse. I will meet her in October and can't wait. Hang in there.....he's out there somewhere.
