This show has received many Tony Awards(8) The landmark musical is an electrifying fusion of morality, sexuality and rock and roll that transcend age and cultural barriers. The late 19th century German students as they navigate teen age self-dicovery and coming of age anxiety in a wonderful celebration of youth and rebellion. This is only an example of what we saw last night.
Now did I liked it? This show was more than a two hours and half. I loved the music and the acting was very good for these Kids. First of all. This is not a show for older adults. My feelings. If it wasn't for the music that was great and this was saved me. I felt that this was a bit too long and a great one for the younger generation and the modern to see this. For 70's to eighties and so on skip it. They would not liked it. I think that we were the few older generation there. Most of the audience loved it. Why not,it is their typed of stories and music. The singing was great and the acting. But glad that I saw it. For you young folks,I recommend this. If it comes your way,see it. Guess that I am an old fuddy duddy.LOL. Did I say that? This was a date night out. Gotta go the cookies are ready.Ciao

The costumes are neat- like school children of a bygone era.
Thanks for the review.
I thought this was going to be about crocuses and daffodils or the trees budding out.
