lstroemeria ( /ˌælstrɨˈmɪəriə/; syn. Alstremeria),[1] commonly called the Peruvian Lily or Lily of the Incas, is a South American genus of about 120 species of flowering plants. Almost all of the species are restricted to one of two distinct centers of diversity, one in central Chile, the other in eastern Brazil. Species of Alstroemeria from Chile are winter-growing plants while those of Brazil are summer-growing. All are long-lived perennials except A. (Taltalia) graminea, a diminutive annual from the Atacama Desert of Chile.

These are the flowers that Mike gave me on my birthday and still looking strong.Miguel was here yesterday and took this shot.
He did a great job in capturing this.

While he was still taking photograph and took a shot of my neighbor barn.
Isn't that great I loved it and shared it with my neighbor.
Now just look at this for a spell.
Here is the shocker, well not sure if it is or not.
These couple are in their fifties.
They are planing a bed and breakfast soon to happen in the fall.
The place in dire need for a paint job.
They were not too much in a hurry about doing this till they can find the color that they want.
Last night at my other neighbor house we had a cook out and they came over with the steak.Yum.
We also had crab cakes and pasta salad etc.
It was an enjoyable evening and more enjoyable living across the street.
Finally she showed up the color that they or she picked.
Surprised?Purple, yes purple three shades of purple.
Not fifty shades of grey.LOL.
This is a very early Victorian house.
She asked well what do you think.
If this is what you chose then do it.
Not my place to say wether I liked it or not.
It may be great and will see.
It could be fun.
can wait to see in the fall if they go through with this.
Will end this "Happy Mothers Day to All"
