Memories define us,without them,we have no identity.
We have nothing. These are the words from Joy Fielding novel
"HeartStopper"/Where am I going with this?
Just lost my wonderful nephew who is just four months younger than I.
He died from complication of ALzheimer's.
His son finally pulled the plug.Thank goodness.
He was in such a state and his wife would not do it.
So I was told and his son did not go along with this and pull the plug.Where am I going with this.
If I ever get Alzheimer's or some such awful thing, hope that someone will shoot me.
As far as I know that he is the only in our family that have got this.
He was an all star football player in High School.
All star coach high school in Ft.Lauderdale,FL.
Now this got me thinking.
Yes,I do think once in a while.
Playing football for most of his life, getting banged here and there in the head.
Cannot help to think that this could me the cause of this in his later years in life.
Your head can only take so much beating.
When I saw him last he was in his early years.
Great shape as I looked at him,how this happen?
Then again he had a good life, three wonderful children.
His first wife died in her early years of life from breast cancer,The second wife much younger than he took over.
Will not say more of her.
I do want to make a tribute to my wonderful nephew.
