When I got my new iMac and went through Amazon to order this .
First,my credit card was rejected and had to used another one.
After all of this what happened to the first credit card that went over my credit limitation and did not realized this.
The credit was for only 1000.
This is HSBC card services.
Then the bells and whistle blow as they thought that it was a fraud and that someone been using my card.Wrong?
Mike called them to explain what happen.
They did not buy this and had to send them information to verify this.
I send them a copy of my passport etc.
Still they were not satisfy with this and told Mike just cancelled the card as I do not need it for a lousy 1000 credit.
I have been with them for years and years.
Then they tell me that I have a credit of 47 dollars.
Fine,just mailed it to me.
No,you have to send them more information if you want the check.
Well,you do not have any right to hold this.
You have to send in your registration,card license what are you serious?
Yes,well then I told them how do I know that I can trust you with all of this information?blank?
Mike is doing most of the phone call as I am talking in the background of how I feel with this outfit.
You know what Keep the money and shoved it.
I am not going through with all of this BS.

But send the papers who I am and they wanted more.
All they have to do is checked me out here in NH.
I typed them a nasty letter to tell them how I fee.
Do not care what they have to say.
Cut up my card and put it in the envelope and shove it.

Boy if I had my hearing that poor person his ear will be burning.
But it make me feel good.
A 1000 credit are they serious and yes knew about this and made a small error.The worst part that I was one five dollars.Help,call 911.LOL
