My Saturday Morning

I was looking forward to sleeping in this morning after the hectic week I had. But no such luck. Singing Husbands, screaming cats, and my son ended that dream. I mean I think I could have overlooked the cat crying in my ear, and I think I could have gone back to sleep after my son wakes me up to ask why we don't have any bacon. But when someone turns on the bedroom light at 7:00 am and starts singing Good Morning America...well that tends to end any sleeping you may have been doing.

But all is not lost. I have accomplished the following this morning:

1. Cussed at said cat, and threated physical violence. All of which was ignored.

2. Actually found said missing bacon,instructed son on looking behind things in the fridge.

3. Actually spoke nicely to hubby and sent him out the door without breaking his singing neck.

I think I'm on a roll...
