I just got my September issue of Harper's Bazaar and there is a three page spread of Susan Boyle, dressed beautifully, with tasteful makeup. I am very glad for her because I think she was cheated out of a victory on American Idol.

She is living in London with her assistant and has no plans to return to Scotland except to visit. She mentions her
lonely childhood and says she stayed in her room singing most of the time. She had learning problems and her school days could not have been happy. She said that her motivation for singing was to make people happy.

Her new album will be out in September. I can hardly wait.
