The great snow of 09 is being followed by the blizzard of
2010. The wind is howling and we are being told that the icy rain has made travel unsafe. Generators are sold out
and the grocery stores are getting low. Power outages are expected.
We have food and wood and a gas cooktop so we will be pretty ok if we camp out in the family room in front of the fireplace. We are on a different electric grid from my son and his family so we may not lose power at both houses.
Our weather has changed so drastically. We haven't ever had this kind of winter before.
