This was my all time favorite children's story and I was afraid the movie would mess it up. The movie is wonderful and the special effects spectacular! My favorite was the Cheshire Cat and he appears and disappears sometimes leaving
his smile behind.
The Red Queen was a veritable bitch and the Jabberwoky was
truly fearsome. Johnny Dep was great as the Mad Hatter.
If you loved it as a child, the movie will probably transport you into a wonderful land of fantasy.
I was able to lure Ted out to see it and he loved it too.
