I agree, Eddie. I was beside myself with Roberts but his decision but I guess I get what he is saying. We the people are the ones that must change what we don't like. I don't see how any kind of purchasing mandate, regardless of what it is for, is constitutional, but that's just my feeble opinion.

The people are the ones who are to blame for this mess we are in and the people are the ones who have to fix it. It is just that simple.

The repealers failed. Justly so. Let's move on. Edwards on the high court finally redeemed himself. As for the mandate, as a taxpayer who is insured, I would like not to have my taxes increased because working young people who think they will not get sick, rely on ER services and their care is absorbed financially by the system. However, I am willing to have the system subsidize the poor and I don't think my tax dollars are wasted there.
