I finished one of the newsletters last week- 26 pages- and am working on the bigger district news magazine. In between, I started and finished a personal monthly planner for our Commodore. Rather than purchasing one of the pre-printed generic personal planners, he opted for one using our own design. It came out really nice and was a new experience for me. Every month/page had to be created from scratch. Yes, I created a template but it still ended up being more work than I ever imagined. The entire thing is printed in black and white to save on printing costs, so one of the challenges was creating a design not dependent upon color to make it stand out. This is the cover. The image is deliberately subdued.



Even though I am up to my eyeballs I missed all of you and just had to stop by and say hello. I caught up on a lot of posts, especially Jerri, Randy and Fredo (the last made it easy- just one post since I last stopped by). I will spend the next 30 min visiting a few more people, then get back to work. As usual, I am behind, only this time I am feeling the strain.
