I should feel happy that PD and I are on the way to owning a home on The Coast. Right now it's frustrating. We started this process back in January and it's almost May. The VA gave us a good rate (4.78%) but they are not only having us jump thru hoops...they keep adding more and more hoops to jump thru. What next...our eternal souls?(since we don't have a first born child.) I'm ready to get into this new home. PD and I already bought nine gallons of paint for the walls. When the Realtor gets back from vacation...we'll see if he'll let us back in to measure for new blinds. We really want to close on this house and move in before we collect social security. That's all we ask.
