Again I'm going to say it...you have wonderful kids!
I have heard about dealing with grease fires differently than other types of fires. I have seen on some cable tv shows where wet dish towels were used. There was also some type of dry substance used, but I don't remember what it was. (Don't feel bad about the video...I still haven't been able to master putting one in either.)
WTG Fredo! You suggested the winning name! And, it is so very appropriate. Just look at Cassidy with Butch...such a great looking pair!
So many people I know needed a bit of time to learn, accept, and use their new puters that had Vista...some really did get frustrated but are now doing fine. The computer really should work faster and easier, but it's what's being fed into it...how quickly the feed...that determines the quality of speed from the internet. If the signal is slow, the computer can only go as fast as that signal...even though the computer itself is working quicker and more efficient than an older one. Anyway, good luck with it and may you find it better and easier soon.
This gave me such a feel-good feeling and my eyes kept filling up while I was reading it. What a great story!
Hey, watch that last remark! I got to clubs early because I WAS WITH THE BAND! (Aha! No cover charges for me! And, I got the seats where I could see everybody as they were coming in and keep on eye on whatever I wanted to see!) When I wasn't with the band, though, I never got there before 10:00 or 10:30...too much later stunk cuz the places used to be shut by 1:00 and I wanted fun time in the clubs, too.
As far as the stay at home part, well I don't like it every Saturday, week after week after week. I miss going out at least once in awhile on either a Friday or a Saturday night. I don't mind staying in on the other ones. I guess that's why I stayed in this Saturday night AGAIN and watched "Some Like It Hot".
I like Blue. I like Blue Sky or Sky blue. But, Cassidy was a darn good suggestion, too, if you're looking for something different...I liked it.
I have 2 friends who have shared every step and thing in my life since first grade and visa versa. And, we continue to do so. They were actually there for every happy event and every bit of trouble in my life, they celebrated with me, cried with me, and literally helped save my life. They have completely let me in their lives and in their families. There have been others who have come along since and a couple of them are still here, so I feel very damn lucky! I'd like to think that I am as good a friend to people as they are to me because I appreciate what a friend really is.
Congrats on the new puter! I hope you enjoy it!
Awww, Martin, this is going to kill Edie. She just loves Helen Hunt and will be so disappointed if she sees her looking bad, acting bad, and being in a bad movie. Maybe I shouldn't even tell Edie about this movie and hope she doesn't hear of it on her own.
Edie really wants to see this and, of course, I remember Black Sabbbath's "Iron Man" song, so I think we're both going to end up seeing it. Your review has spoken quite favorably of it, so it has made wanting to see the see the movie more appealing!
Wow, all fixed so fast! It's always good when one prepares for the worse and all ends up fine.
I have been aware of this and had heard it was a growing thing, but I didn't know how much. I think it's a great option but I wish it wasn't so expensive. Like so many other things that can enrich people's lives, the price prohibits many people from being able to benefit from it.
