Not that they're not all of concern, but the sandal one seems to be the least likely problem...kids shouldn't have access to shoes to play with them as toys or put them in their mouths anyway. But, knowing you can't keep your eyes on kids every moment, I guess it's best to be safe than sorry.
Me? Try to be Martha Stewart? Even if I do try, it just ain't gonna happen! I do my chores without being asked. I may grumble about them, but I do them! I often do think I've had rough times in life and not all has been or is fair, but I do believe it's a wonderful life! Yes,one must fight for what one believes in. I love that secret angel suggestion and I'm thinking I'll do it. I'm sharing one of my smiles. What do I think of this entire post?>>
A truly great song. It's no wonder it was a hit because it really hit the hearts of so many. It is a song that really should be remade or re-released so that another generation of listeners can hear it and experience it.
No, I didn't see AJ there. I didn't even know he was going until I read his comment and saw that he did. Now, isn't that a bummer!
Ohhhhhhhhhhhhhh! Yes! I want to see that LIVE! Great pics, Martin. Too bad about the rain, but the rain really didn't spoil your fun or the pics!
I want to see it. I want to go there.
Ok, I did agree that sometimes change needs to happen in baby steps...then, one step at a time until the goal is reached. But, c'mon! How long has it been since "Don't Ask, Don't Tell" became that first baby step? Don't you think it's time to get off the bottom rung and take another step?
Sad that we lost such a good man. I had never heard of him before your post, but it is worth knowing about him. Thanks.
Hate crimes...it's almost like a person can get so tired hearing about them that you would think that there would be an unstoppable flood of people taking control of this situation and stopping it.
Sounds darn good! I was too busy at GayPride Providence so I couldn't make it down to Florida.
I would see it because I always got a kick out of Get Smart, the television series. I like the quick, silly wit as it spoofed along. Some think such entertainment as stupid, a waste of time or worse...I liked the quirky sharpness. I might be wanting to see the movie for comparison reasons, although I think I'd just like to have a taste of that kind of humor again. (Now, does it make sense, then, that I don't like The Office?)
Sad state of affairs continues as nothing is done to change the attitudes and behaviors of those who cause it.
Oh, no...not me...I'm not going to say never...nope, not me! It's a tough thing to do and hang onto, therefore it's always a struggle and there's room for "slipping up". Nope, I'm not going to say never.
There's never a guarantee that a person will find the one and only person for a lifetime...and, even if he/she does, there's no guarantee the other person will feel the same way! That's got nothing to do with the sex of people, or sexual orientation of people. It's got to do with PEOPLE..period! It's a fact of life. (That was sort of short-lived, though, don't you think?)
White chocolate...creamy cheesecake...rich and sweet...euphoric...hmmm, anything here make you think of snow, mountains, romance, a good story? And, then, Martin, all I can say is that your imagination took over from there!
