I'm done writing about "Thepirateinthecity" here now. After this post, I won't say another word. No I didn't "cave in" because of any negative comments I got here. If anything, I'd rather "pursue" it. But I won't.

From his own words, the "Prosecuter" wanted a "10" year prison sentence for "two" child porn pictures found on his computer. Not even saved on his "hard drive". He says, he had no choice but so accept a "5 year" prison sentence. He served like "2", and 3 years probation.

He was on "probation" before. He never said "why". Just something about being "young and dumb".

Ok, I understand how a "probation" violation would wind you up in "jail or prison". But a violation this small, likely doesn't get a "prosecuter" to seek a "10 year" sentence. What was he on "probation for"? I wonder. Was it a previous "sexual" offence? His blogs are all about "having sex". He even said to ask this person "peanutsmom" about him. She said "all good stuff", but she did also mention they found "alot" of porn on his computer. Something he didn't say. So porn in itself, I don't find bad. I got porn on my computer and look sometime. However, he was on "probation", and this is "obvious" something the "prosecuter" thought "bad" for him. If it wasn't, the "Prosecuter" wouldn't have "pushed for a 10 year" prison term. And certainly his lawyers would have advised against a "plea" for "5 years" in prison for "two pictures" he kinda claimed he accidently seen.

I'm done. I stopped. You won't see another blog about him here on my site. Unless he wants to, and then I will respond. I said what I think.. and nothing has changed my thoughts. Never hated the dude. I said that from the beginning. I just think he is either "flat out lying", or hiding a crapload" of stuff. I don't know. Really, I don't care.
