I woke up to a phone call today. This angry mother, wanted to talk to "Roxann", but she wasn't here. So she pretty had her say to me.

This was the situation... she was was telling me something that went on at school today. The school "officer" was involved, and he suggested she call the police. It was a huge deal, trust me. Anyway, she told me she didn't want to call the police yet, she wanted a meeting with Roxann first (which will be Monday). Before she decides what further action to take.

This is what it is about. Several months ago, Jeremy (Roxann's 14 yr old son) had his girlfriend over. They went in the his room awhile. Roxann was in the kitchen, I was here at the computer (not 10 feet from the room). His brother Stephen was here, walking back and forth to the room (talking to him). So here there was, a whole houseful of people.

I remember the day well. Anyway, she came out of the room with Jeremy. Laughing.. nothing seemed up. She sat down with "Stephen (His older brother)" awhile on the livingroom couch. Right next to where I sit on this stupid computer all day.

I told the woman on the phone (as I was the first adult she talked too), it doesn't make sense. For one, there was a houseful of adults here. Your daughter never "yelled", or said anything about "getting off me" (we would've heard). If she felt a violation, she should have told an adult. Instead of hanging here for another hour with the boys. She has had regular contact with them (phone, school). She never mentioned this till months later.

Another girl (one of her friends) is now saying Jeremy put his hands in her pockets (and acted inappropriate, and there was alot of talk in the school about who said who had sex with who (whatever). Kid chatter to me.

Several months later (after the fact), his (ex) little girlfriend is accusing him of rape. She calls it rape, but basically she said he pulled her pants down, and tried to force himself on her. I am pretty sure this is total "Fabrication". The kids had some probems (not this tho) and suddenly she wants to "scream a rape" (that never happened, or close). I heard them talking on the phone. They were great after this quite awhile. Suddenly they both were not best of friends.. but still talking.

This basically, is a young girl that got "mad" at a boy about something. She is making "false" statements, and I doubt realizes how serious they can be. If the "Real cops" (Not those "rent a school cop" guys, or teachers) become involved, I can't wait to talk. There is NO possible way this happened.. not here for sure. What kid would try to force himself on a girl, 10 feet from a houseful of people? Damn, if I ever decide to become a rapist, I sure wouldn't do it basically in-front of my mom and her boyfriend.

When I first got the call. I did wonder. He was in the room with her. maybe they were "getting frisky, playing a bit". I don't know. Not sexual, no time. However the more I heard what was said, I became more and more convinced he was completely innocent of what her daughter said.

Trust me, if I thought he did it.. I would be "First" to say that. He has been lying lately, doing things I know he does (his mom never believes me), but I know the truth. If he did something like this, I'd want him to get a lesson.. face some music.

The bonus is.. as I was talking to him moments ago. I mentioned I knew he lies. I said "I am supporting you on this Jeremy, I know you didn't do it". I also said... the other day, when I got so mad you pulled your stinky socks off.. tried to hide them behind the couch, threw them there. You lied when I said I seen ya (He didn't want to walk to the dirty cloths pile, hate when kids do that crap). He admitted he did that, and tried to hide it. He also admitted to lying other times.

I'm real people... I call everything as I see it. This one, Jeremy didn't do........
