It'll work out. Any of you who read my last post, just know it will.

Jeremy (14) is accused of "bad behavior" (well, trying to rape his girlfriend here). If you want the "background" you'll have to read my last post. It explains the details. Basically he is being accused of something I know didn't happen.

To be honest, I don't worry about this one bit. We have enough to say, that it will "crush" what she says in a second. However, I don't want it to go to that (where we have to). I don't want more said out about "Jeremy", and I don't want her known as a "lier". Basically, I really don't want either kid hurt by this. My goal is to just make this "go away".

If you knew me, you'd know I can be the "nicest guy" ever, or the meanest SOB too. All depends on how I look at things, and I look at "facts" more then anything.

I think this girl is lying. I am 99.999% positive. Now I am not married to Roxann on here (who I live with, and we have a baby together). I'm actually married to Debbie (BusyMidMichMom) on here, but that's not important. It's just the reason Roxann and I aren't married.

I just feel, since I am not the "legal stepdad" of Jeremy, I am kinda limited in my say. I mean, this whole process is basically up to Roxann. I think we are in agreement mostly, maybe not 100%, but we are on the same page. I'll let her handle the things her way, but just give my "advice and thoughts".

If I see this going "South" for Jeremy.. I will use "everything" I can to change it. I will support the use of "all" family money for a lawyer. I am willing to go to "ANY" length because I am convinced of his innocence. I don't want her hurt (best they understand this should go away), but when "push comes to shove"... I support what I believe. And that is "Jeremy's story".

Maybe you know me, maybe you don't. All I can say, is I've lived my entire life standing up for what I believe in. Backing down, is not something I do. Neither do I lie. I've caused myself great problems in life (for not backing down, and not lying).. Been beat up, and even gone to jail. Usually however, I win. But I am willing to go through whatever. Ya know what.. my "Integrity" is in place! Just saying, I am a "fighter", and I'm not really bad at it.

This situation WILL work out. One way or the other. At least for Jeremy. I hope she "fesses" up, and I hope her mom decides not to pursue anything. For the kids sake.. For me, whatever. I can handle whatever comes up.
