A Journey Into My Life

Miscarriage of Justice

I'm sitting here watching TV (News).. and the "whole community" is in an uproar over this stupid little thing. I honestly can't believe why people let this even bother them.

Ok.. so there was this dude. He was a painter. Well, he was painting "tanning booths". He had the ingenuity to install hidden cameras (and wasn't his own business) to watch women undressed (or barely dressed) in tanning booths.

Now my first thought... "How cool".. took the witch hunters 5 years to catch the dude. He had some intelligence..

The women are like.. "I feel so violated".. come'on... women use their assets anyway they can to benefit themselves.

The poor guy got a 16 year sentence. Some ugly ass old dude, that God didn't bless with the beauty of these women. Maybe he just needed a little "peek". Hell, they should be happy he even wanted to see them naked.

What's funny is.. someday.. these same women will be "old".. sitting in a chair. Bragging about how "hot they used to be", and how men would do anything just for a look.. lol. He'll still be in jail... bending over for some black dude. They (the women), now "grey and wrinkled".. will start to do anything they can to be slightly noticed...

Strange world we live in!!

OK Gary...I must say I disagree with you on part of this. I do not think it was right for the man to do the video camera....however I do agree with you that some of the woman may someday be like "Oh i was so pretty when I was young"...

I'll just say the guy got what was coming to him and leave it at that.

What!!! Women as SEX objects??? Don't they all just wish they were???
What is Victoria's Secret?? Accentuate the positive?? "Role model" Madonna as "Boy Toy." MTV videos as "dancing" "posing" Eye Candy!!!

Your reply to Kristy's comment hadn't posted when I wrote my comment and posted. Check the times, my comment and your reply...they are the same.

But Debbie does make an interesting point.. women shouldn't be treated as sex objects. I believe that will stop the day "Playboy", "Maxim" and others stop. They will "stop" the day women decide never to pose again... Ah.. the rollercoaster of life.. lol

In the real world, there are boundaries, and it is often illegal and sometimes immoral to cross them. Every person is entitled to their privacy, and none of these women gave their consent to be viewed in various stages of undress. Stereotyping women as sex objects "using their assets" isn't cool either. Oh, and that wasn't ingenuity. It was probably a felony installing those hidden cameras.

No, it's a violation of these women's rights to privacy. Dude is a pervert and deserves the time he's serving.
