This is my Dad's place in Florida.

This is where we live now in Flushing Michigan.

This is one of the places I rented while living in Florida.
I wrote before that I downloaded a program from "NASA" to view any location on earth. I liked it. Today I downloaded the new "Beta" version of "Google Earth". I have to say.. I find it "WAY better" then what NASA has right now. Both are free programs. Try them out, just a simple download. I will say the Google one is super simple. Type in your address, and it will scroll to your house. Type in a business, it will scroll there. You can zoom it in very far. Of course the images become less clear the closer you get... but the amount of detail is truly amazing. The images of either are "not real" time, so they may be dated. I did find very recent images of places I've lived.
MY DAD's HOUSE IN FLORIDA
I lived there awhile, and then down the road for about 3 years. I blocked out his address on the pic, in case he doesn't want it known. I have the address up on the pic I have of our home in Flushing. The reason, I hand out hundreds of business cards with it. So no big deal. I don't worry about that stuff really. Anyway, that's where I was awhile. back then, I was doing both "shows" and lawncare with dad. I am not sure how much detail you will see on these pics (as MyBloggers will resize them), but the ones I have here (full screen) are in color and you can make out most everything.
OUR HOUSE IN FLUSHING
We rent this from Roxann's parents. It's right across from the new "Middle school" here. For space concerns, I made all the pictures smaller so you don't see that. What you can see is a nice little house, garage, shed.. and plenty of yard for the kids to play in.
MY PLACE IN FLORIDA
I lived here awhile. In the picture, it is the house directly to the right, and below the text. I had a great deal with that place. It was a double wide modular, on 2.4 acres of land. I only paid $550 a month (unheard of there, it was beside million+ dollar homes) The deal was always, they intended to sell the property. Developers are buying like crazy in that area. If they sold it (and they were asking $280,000 (land value really) I had to go. The previous trailer park I lived in (across the street) sold for "6 million" they leveled it. That house was nice, but all knew it would be leveled once sold. They got an offer on it, I was evicted. That fell through for them, but at that point I couldn't afford anything else in that area. I headed back to Michigan. A place where I know more people, and the cost of living wasn't so high. Plus my kids recently came back here.

I just think it COOL and SCARY at the same time... this technology. I gotta warn my old friends (that still burn).. "Don't be planting dope in the open. If I could find a pot field from my computer, sure as hell the government can.. lol.
Take care all, just wanted to share this.
